Checkout and security deposit
Checkout time
We will try to accommodate your departure time. However if another arrival is scheduled on the day you leave, we will kindly ask you to checkout by no later than 11:00 AM to allow for the thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartment for the next occupants.
We will let you know whether a late checkout is possible in the last email we send to you a few days prior to your stay.
Security deposit
You will be required to settle the security deposit (and any other unpaid dues) a few days prior to arrival. We obtain a debit authorization only, so your credit card is NOT debited. You will not be able to take possession of the apartment if the security deposit has not been settled.
It is only in the case damages have to be assessed against your security deposit that your card will be debited. Our representative will come and check the apartment shortly after your checkout.
You are required to leave the apartment clean and tidy. Charges may be assessed against your security deposit if the apartment is not left in a reasonable condition.
In particular, we would be thankful if you would:

Not leave any trash in the apartment,

Empty the fridge,

Not leave dirty dishes in the sink or in the dishwasher,

Shut all radiators,

Close all windows,
-
Switch off all lights and appliances,

Un-make the bed and leave all dirty linen in a pile on the floor.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
Upon leaving, please place the key in the Masterlock box located outside, on the apartment door, where you found it upon arrival.
Please lock the box by scrambling the combination dials to conceal the combination.
50 euros will be deducted from your security deposit if the key is not returned there.
