Check-in & key retrieval
You will find the key to the apartment in the Masterlock box affixed to the apartment's front door.
As it is regularly changed to ensure our clients' safety, the 4-digit combination will only be communicated to you in the last email (entitled "last details") that we send to you a few days prior to your arrival.
Please make sure you have consulted the Residence and Door codes sections of this website.
Without this information you will not be able to gain access to the apartment!
Please, let us know ahead of time if you need more explanations.
For safety reasons, once you have retrieved the key from the Masterlock, please make sure you scramble the combination dials to lock the box and conceal the combination.
Lock
There is a little spring in the lock of the front door. Make sure you insert it completely and apply a little pressure to the left to unlock the door.
The upper lock is not used at all.
Check-in time
We will try to accommodate your desired check-in time. However if the apartment was rented up to your day of arrival, check-in time will be at 3:00 PM at the earliest to allow for a thorough cleaning and preparation of the apartment for you.
We will let you know whether an early check-in is possible in in the last email we send to you a few days prior to your arrival.
During stay cleaning
If you want a cleaning service during your stay, let us know. Our representative will be happy to assist you. The hourly rate is 20 euros per hour and you pay her directly.
